BMW Golf Cup International 2006.

On the 9th of March 2006 the BMW Golf Cup International China tournament teed off at the Guangzhou Dragon Lake Golf Club. This is the 9th consecutive year the BMW Golf Cup International held in China. From March to June, more than 4,000 golf enthusiasts and BMW car owners participated in the 36 successive qualification matches. For the first time, the "Hole in one" prize was won in Wuhan in April.

On September 2, 2006, the BMW Golf Cup International China final was held at Sanya Yalong Bay Golf Club in Hainan. In the competition, Ms. Yu Linna won the Ladies' Category, Mr. Fan Zhuomin won the Men's Category 1, Mr. Dai Ningwei won the Men's Category 2. The three champions out of the 83 candidates represented China and participated in the world final from December 4 to December 9 in South Africa.
